The annual prestigious awards ceremony, 46th Daejong Film Awards (Grand Bell Awards) took place on November 2009 held at the Hall of Peace, Kyung Hee University in Seoul.

While attending the ceremony actress Ji Seong Won (지성원, 池成元 Chí chéng yuán) has attached tape to her dress lightly. The dress falling caused opened mouth surprise by the tape movement when climbing the stairs. Looking back at first, she was not aware of such intense humiliation.

However she had came prepared wearing the unique Black dress on the red carpet, and there was no accidental total dropping of clothes. But her nude back caught many by surprise. And the dry white underwear sticking out slightly could not escape the sharp eyes of the audiences. Maybe black revealing dress should naturally be more appropriate with black underwear.
